Baiko is integrated with platforms such as WhatsApp (Meta), so we offer this mechanism so you can easily manage your data.
To request the deletion of your personal data from Baiko's systems, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
Your full name.
The phone number or email address associated with your account or interaction.
A brief description of the service you used (if you remember).
We will process your request within a maximum of 30 business days from receipt. We will notify you by email when the deletion has been completed.
When processing a deletion request, we will remove:
Your name, email address, and phone number from our databases.
Interaction history and content submitted through our forms or integrations.
Any other personal data we have collected in the context of the service used.
We may retain certain information if there is a legal obligation to do so (e.g., billing records), which will be communicated to you in our response.
If you used a Baiko service integrated with WhatsApp or other Meta platforms, please note that Meta manages its own data independently. To request data deletion directly from Meta, visit the Meta Help Center.
